Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd consolidated sales up 25.77% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit soared by 34.88% As on : 03-Aug-26  21:22

Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd share price ticked higher by 4.09% to Rs 1114.15 after the company's net profit surged by 34.88% to Rs 120.84 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 25.77% to Rs 1327.21 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Lubricants industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 31517.2 crore, rallying 26.48%. It has marginally improved by 0.30% over last one week and climbed by 14.39% in last one month while the market capitalization of Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd has inched up 6.12% and 16.25% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd stood at Rs 164.69 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 28.89% year-on-year, and surging by 37.14% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 139 crore, expanding by 32.47% YoY and jumping 24.86% sequentially. Total expenses witnessed a sharp rise of 25.94% to Rs 1180.93 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 826.17 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 44.28% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 59.93 crore, registering a growth of 11.19% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 10% to Rs 3631.16 crore, while net profit rose by 16.03% to Rs 357.39 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 35690% to Rs 373.54 crore, and PBT expanded by 16.29% to Rs 479.47 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 395.25 crore in FY26, as against Rs 341.42 crore in FY25. Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd tumbled by 11.36% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.81% during the same period.
